Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to deliver high-quality services to all our clients. However, due to the nature of digital marketing, we maintain a no unconditional refund policy. Refunds are processed only under specific conditions outlined below.
1. Service Cancellation
1.1. Clients can cancel ongoing services by providing a written request at least 15 days in advance.
1.2. For monthly retainers or ongoing campaigns, cancellation requests must be made before the next billing cycle.
1.3. Work already completed or scheduled for execution will be billed and deducted from the total amount paid.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:
• The project has not yet started and no resources have been allocated.
• Duplicate payments were made due to a technical or billing error.
• The refund is requested before the agreed project kickoff date.
Once campaign setup, creative design, or ad activation has begun, no refunds will be issued for services rendered or ad spend utilized.
3. Ad Budget Refunds
3.1. Ad budgets (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) are handled separately.
3.2. Any unspent balance in client-owned ad accounts remains the client’s property.
3.3. For campaigns run through Digital Shout’s ad accounts, unspent amounts after deductions for ads already delivered may be refunded at management’s discretion.
4. Mode of Refund
• All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Bank transfer charges or platform fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
5. Non-Refundable Services
• SEO & Content Marketing (once initiated)
• Paid Campaign Management Fees
• Creative Design & Branding Deliverables
• Strategy & Consulting Sessions
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes regarding payments or refunds, both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, the matter will be handled as per the laws of Telangana, India.
